Since there seem to be few takers for a big game, I guess this coming Sunday will just be an occasion for regular boardgames etc.

I have a few new things: Saboteur 2, which I think is a significant improvement on the original; Dixit, a somewhat lighter social game with evocative artwork (I also got the expansion), and 7 Wonders, a relatively quick development game getting lots of well-deserved positive buzz on BGG, sitting at 12th best boardgame.

Start time 1:00; RSVP and ETA appreciated, as are snacks and moar gamez!

Thankies, it should be a good weekend- except for the large amount of work I also have to do. -_-

I too am looking forward to being back. Although I was just offered a job (for September) somewhere that's _not_ back so now I'm all torn. :( I wish I had a job lined up in Ottawa... -sigh-

Glad you like!

I put together a disc of Cohen's music, alternating tracks with him and covers (not the same songs, mostly)... I prefer the covers to the originals in many cases.

Nice! :D

Sadly, I too prefer covers to the original, for the most part. I actually love Leonard Cohen's raspy, deep voice... it's the kitschy synthesizer-sounding background music I can't stand! :|

Sorry, I work at 3, so wouldn't be able to get settled into anything before having to leave again.
